Our second AGM was well attended today. Many thanks to everyone who came and supported us and our speakers Amy Wilson, Macmillan Cancer Information & Support Coordinator, Maggie Webb-Elder, Welfare Macmillan,  Jenny Hughson, Macmillan volunteer and Nia Dafydd from The National Library of Wales.

A warm welcome awaits you at our 2nd AGM on Friday 27th April at Morlan with lunch and refreshments provided. 
Time to renew your membership if you haven't already :-) 
Our guest speakers are Nia Dafydd, The National Library of Wales, Amy Wilson, Macmillan Cancer Information & Support Coordinator, The Hub in Bronglais Hospital along with Maggie Webb-Elder from Welfare.

Another newspaper cutting for our scrapbook. As some of you may have noticed in last week's Cambrian News there was no mention of AFG in the report attached to the photograph of recipients of The High Sheriff Award Certificate . Our Vice Chair Anne England has been busy this afternoon restocking our flower tubs at Yr Hen Orsaf, Aber Rail Station! Brightening up the town, thanks Anne, they look bloomin lovely!

 

A packed Harry's today as members of AFG enjoyed a get together for lunch and catch up with friends! Looking forward to our next meeting, our second AGM with lunch and refreshments at Morlan on 27th April, starts 12 o'clock. Hope you can come along!
